Can I create businesses and users myself?
No. We create them for you, usually within one working day of your request. This keeps every customer's books separate and private.
Can other customers see my books?
No. Each customer's business is separate, and every user has their own login that opens only the businesses assigned to them.
Can I back up my data?
Yes. You can download a complete backup of your business at any time and save it on your own computer.
Can I leave and take my data?
Yes. Download your backup and take your full records with you whenever you choose.
Do I have to buy the services to use the software?
No. You can use the software alone, the services alone, or both together. You can start with the software and add bookkeeping or returns later.
How are the services priced?
By quote. The price depends on the size of your business and the number of transactions, so we ask a few questions first and then give you a written price.
Do you guarantee uptime?
No. The software runs on a single hosted server, offered at a low price. Short interruptions for maintenance can happen and we do not promise a fixed uptime.
How do I pay?
After we confirm your order, you can pay online by scanning our QR code (payment gateway by SSLCOMMERZ), or by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. You receive an invoice for every payment.
